Your right to withdraw within 14 days
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Estonian consumer law.
How to return an item
Email info@macuvo.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will confirm the return address by reply. Send the tray back in its original condition, ideally in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us.
The cost of return shipping is borne by you. Please use a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Your refund
Once we receive the returned tray and confirm its condition, we refund the purchase price plus the standard outbound delivery charge you originally paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
If a returned item shows handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Damaged or faulty items
If your tray arrives damaged, email info@macuvo.com within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you do not pay return shipping in that case.
Products are covered for 24 months from delivery against manufacturing defects, in line with the statutory conformity guarantee for consumers under EU law. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear.
Exceptions
Bulk orders produced in a custom colour to your specification are made to order and are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right. Our standard stock colours — Classic White, Deep Black, Turquoise Blue, Pastel Pink and Pastel Green — are not excluded.
