Products
We sell 3D printed keyboard and trackpad trays. All products are carefully manufactured and inspected before shipment.
Orders and Payment Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping and Delivery We ship from Tallinn, Estonia. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–21 business days for international destinations. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Refunds and Returns You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Estonian law. To exercise this right, email info@macuvo.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the product in its original condition. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will refund the purchase price, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Bulk orders produced in a custom colour to your specification are made to order and are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.
Warranty We warrant that the products are free from manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery, in line with the statutory conformity guarantee for consumers under EU law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
SmartGarden OU shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Estonian and EU consumer protection laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with GDPR. Personal data collected during your purchase is used only for order processing and communication. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Estonia.
