Products
We sell 3D printed keyboard and trackpad trays. All products are carefully manufactured and inspected before shipment.
Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods insert payment methods. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship products from Tallinn, Estonia. Delivery times vary but usually take insert expected timeframe. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds and Returns
No refunds or returns are accepted unless the product is damaged during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
Under Estonian and EU law, non-customized goods may be eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period allowing returns; however, since our products are custom-made or personalized, this right does not apply.
Warranty
We warrant that the products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of insert warranty period from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
SmartGarden OU shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Estonian and EU consumer protection laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Estonia.
